Shipping & Delivery

All products are sent by courier service to the place you have indicated in the "Delivery" step, during your order. Collections are also carried out from our central stores without charge.

GREECE

The fixed delivery cost for your orders is €5.
Shipping is FREE for orders over €100.
The cost can be changed in the event of a large volume or weight always after consultation with the customer.

CYPRUS

The cost for sending orders to Cyprus is 20€ COD is not supported.

DELIVERY TIME
Products purchased from the tavlasatsalis-eshop.gr website are delivered within 10 working days, from the order date, in Greece and Cyprus.
Delivery times may increase in case of holidays. Carriers do not make deliveries on 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed by bank transfer, the delivery time starts counting from the confirmation of payment.

FAILURE OF DELIVERY

In the event that it is not possible to deliver your order, the driver will leave a note explaining how to receive it.
